大连水产养殖集团有限公司成立于1952年，有可供人工增养殖的无公害浅海水域和沙滩涂岩礁1，300万平方米，企业总资产1.3亿元，主要加工裙带菜、海带、增养殖鲍鱼、扇贝、海参、海胆等水产食品。集团公司下设三个子公司，五个分公司，是一个以藻贝类、海珍品增养殖、苗种培育和水产品加工为主，以出口创汇为重点的综合性养殖企业。
公司下属良种有限公司被批准为国家裙带菜良种基地，子公司大连昌立食品有限公司通过了HACCP和ISO9001认证；子公司大连水产食品有限公司利用日本先进的低温萃取技术和设备生产的浓缩海带汁产品，广泛应用在日本和中国的调味食品业及医药产业，被誉为真正绿色健康的海洋食品。
公司生产的海王星牌裙带菜产品以其优良的品质和市场信誉被国内外市场誉为海王之星。
大連水産養殖集団有限公司は1952年に設立されました。人工養殖が可能な無公害浅海水域と砂浜に岩礁を塗る1,300万平方メートルがあります。主に養殖、粗い加工ワカメ、昆布、アワビ、ホタテ、ナマコ、ウニなどの水産食品を育てています。グループ会社は五つの子会社を設立して、藻類、海の珍品の養殖、苗種の育成と水産物の加工を主とする総合的な漁業企業です。
会社は相前後して省級、市級の農業産業化の重点の先導企業を授与されて、1982年に日本大洋漁業と共同でワカメの規?；勿B殖技術を開発して、そしてワカメの規?；勿B殖技術を全国に広めます。ワカメ業界のトップ企業として、大連市のワカメ養殖産業の発展過程で産業の支えとなってきました。国家農産物の輸出モデル企業です。******回の中日、日、韓のワカメ協議会で中国側の代表を務めました。
グループの専門化ワカメ優良種育成センターは農業部に許可され、国家級ワカメ優良種育成センターを授与されました。グループ子会社の大連昌立食品有限公司はHACCPとISO 9001の認証を取得しました。そのワカメ製品はすでに38年連続で日本に輸出されました。グループ子会社の大連水産食品有限公司（現大連水産養殖集団海洋生物製品有限公司）は日本の古法技術を利用して現代の生産科学技術と結合し、生産した濃縮昆布ジュース製品は日本に35年連続輸出しています。日本と中国の調味食品、飲料、保健品業界に広く応用されています。真の緑と健康を誇る海洋製品です。
